Privacy Policy

PhllapsNET operates the website https://www.phllaps.net. This page explains what information is collected when you visit, and what happens to it.

Last updated: 22 August 2026.

What we collect directly

Nothing. This site has no account system, no comment form, no newsletter sign-up and no contact form. We do not ask you for your name, your email address or anything else, and we do not run our own analytics or tracking.

If you email admin@phllaps.net, we obviously have your email address and whatever you put in the message. We use it to reply to you and nothing else.

Advertising

We display advertising supplied by Google AdSense to cover hosting costs. Google and its partners may use cookies and similar technologies to serve and measure those ads, and in some configurations to personalise them.

If you are in the UK or the EEA, personalised advertising cookies are only set after you consent through the consent banner, which is provided by the Google consent management platform. You can decline, and you can change your mind later through the same banner. Declining does not remove the ads; it makes them non-personalised.

Google handling of this data is governed by its own policies. See Google Privacy and Terms for how data is used across sites that display its ads.

Hosting

The site is a static site hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare processes request data such as IP address as part of delivering and protecting the site. This is standard server-side infrastructure logging, not tracking we control or have individual-level access to.

What we do not do

  • We do not sell or share personal data. There is nothing to sell.
  • We do not run Google Analytics or any other client-side analytics product.
  • We do not use tracking pixels, fingerprinting, or cross-site identifiers of our own.
  • We do not accept sponsored content or affiliate links.

Your rights

If you are in the UK or EEA you have rights of access, correction and erasure over personal data held about you. Since we hold nothing beyond any email you have chosen to send, a request usually amounts to asking us to delete a message thread — which we will do on request.

For data collected by Google in connection with advertising, those requests go to Google.
